The website vialala.com (‘the Site’) is managed by Vialala SAS (‘Vialala’), SAS with a capital of EUR 22,400, registered in the Paris Register of Business and Companies under number 813 466 588, headquartered in 5 rue Molière - 7500 11 Paris, telephone number 09 83 58 18 13 and e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. Vialala proposes the offers presented on the Site and sells them to any major Internet user who is in a position to contract legally and who has expressly stated - by ticking the box provided for this purpose - that he has read and accepted the present general conditions of sale and the services offered on the Site (tourist packages, ancillary services, etc.), which are contained in the description sheets of the said services.
1 - Summary of the Rights of Travelers (Articles L. 211-8, R 211-1-2 and R. 211-4 of the Tourism Code)
Vialala recommends that the following information forms, as provided for in the Tourism Code, be read before registration:
The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and Article L.211-2 II of the Tourism Code. You will therefore enjoy all the rights granted by the European Union for stays, as transposed into the Tourism Code. Vialala is entirely responsible for the proper execution of the entire stay.
In addition, as required by law, Vialala has protection to reimburse your payments and, if the transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event of insolvency.
Essential rights provided for in Directive (EU) 2015/2302 transposed into the Tourism Code:
Travelers will receive all essential information on their stay before concluding the travel contract.
The organizer and the retailer are responsible for the proper performance of all travel services included in the contract.
Travelers receive an emergency telephone number or contact information from a point of contact to contact the organizer or retailer.
Travelers may transfer their package to another person, subject to reasonable notice and possibly additional charges.
The price of the package can only be increased if specific costs increase (e.g. fuel prices) and if this possibility is explicitly provided for in the contract, and can in any case not be changed less than 20 days before the start of the package. If the price increase exceeds 8 % of the price of the package, the traveler may dissolve the contract. If the organizer reserves the right to increase the price, the traveler is entitled to a reduction in the price in case of a reduction in the corresponding costs.
Travelers can terminate the contract without paying a termination fee, and be fully reimbursed for payments made if one of the essential elements of the package, other than the price, is significantly modified. If, before the start date of the package, the trader responsible for the package cancels the package, travelers can obtain reimbursement of the sums paid and compensation, if necessary.
Travelers can terminate the contract without paying a termination fee before the start date of the package in exceptional circumstances, for example, if there are serious safety problems at the destination that may affect the package.
In addition, travelers may, at any time before the start date of the package, terminate the contract by paying appropriate and justifiable termination fees.
If, after the start date of the package, important elements of the package cannot be provided as intended, other appropriate services shall be offered to the traveler, without additional cost. Travelers can terminate the contract without paying a termination fee when the services are not performed in accordance with the contract, and/or when this seriously disrupts the execution of the package and the organizer does not remedy the problem.
Travelers are also entitled to reduced prices and/or compensation in the event of non-performance or misperformance of travel services.
The organizer or retailer must provide assistance if the traveler is in difficulty.
If the organizer or retailer becomes insolvent, the amounts paid will be refunded. Vialala has signed an insolvency protection agreement with the APST. Travelers may contact this organization (APST- 15 avenue Carnot- 75017 Paris - email@example.com - 01 44 09 25 35) if they are denied services due to the insolvency of Vialala.

2 - Offers:
2.1 Travel contract
The fact sheets and/or travel programs on the Website constitute an offer and engage Vialala. However, Vialala reserves the right to change the elements of the agreement at any time. In this case, the description sheets and/or travel programs are updated on the Site, such modifications are not applicable to orders already placed, except for the tariff changes resulting from the application of Articles L. 211-12, R. 211-8 and R. 211-9 of the Tourism Code. The total price will be displayed when booking confirmation.
Please note that there may be minimal variations between the photos on the description sheets and the products provided.
2.2 Travel advice
The travel council, called "Travel Planning", consists of advice to the travel organization. It brings expertise on travel (accommodation, activity, travel, etc.). With the exception of promotion phases, prices are fixed according to the duration of the trip and hire Vialala. However, Vialala reserves the right to change the elements of the agreement at any time. The Board does not commit Vialala to the proper execution of the journey. Vialala is limited to designing a tailor-made holiday program for its clients.
3 - Order of services (Travel contract):
3.1. The process of ordering tourist services on the Site is as follows:
(a) the customer selects the offer of their choice;
(b) they choose the dates, destination and duration of the stay to obtain a quotation;
(c) they shall provide the information necessary for their reservation. They must ensure that the names, first names and civility of all the participants in the trip provided are correct. Any post-registration correction of the spelling of a name, first name or civility may result in a fee per request for modification;
(d) they select the means of payment of their order.
The customer must pay online by credit card (Blue card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) by giving their credit card number before final validation of his order. In this case, the availability of the service is guaranteed as soon as the customer validates their order.
The customer will have to enter their bank details on a secure site accessible from the Vialala site. In advance, they will be asked to check the details of their order and price, and to read the contractual conditions applicable to their order and to validate the payment.
(e) the customer is able to check the details of their order and the price; they must be aware of the contractual conditions applicable to their order;
(f) they then validate their order, thereby expressing their consent to be engaged under the terms of the contract that is then validly concluded;
(g) the registration of the customer's order shall be taken into account by Vialala from that time;
h) the customer receives a confirmation email from Vialala.
(i) Vialala sends the client its travel documents (voucher, etc., as appropriate) within 7 days prior to departure, using the contact information provided.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to communicate valid contact details and to update them, in order to benefit from the services ordered.
Important: In order to ensure the comfort and safety of travelers, persons with disabilities and with reduced mobility must, before registration, provide Vialala with essential information on their disability in order to enable assistance and adaptation of the service made available to all travelers appropriate to their specific needs. For security reasons, Vialala may require non-self-governing persons to be accompanied by a person who will be able to provide them with the assistance necessary for their stay.
The customer has no right of withdrawal after the contract is concluded, even in the context of a distance sale in accordance with the legal provisions (Articles L121-16-1 and L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code).
3.2. The means of payment referred to in Article 3 shall be bank cards: Blue card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
4 - Payment schedule:
Benefits purchased on the Site must be paid by the customer in accordance with the following schedule and terms:
At the time of the order, the customer opts:
- For the full payment of the benefit price (100%) or,
- Payment of a 30% down payment of the amount of the trip; in this case, the balance (70%) will automatically be charged 30 days before the departure date (not applicable for travel advice).
Less than 30 days before departure, Vialala reserves the right to terminate the contract with the customer in full and without notice and thus to cancel, without penalty to be paid to the customer, the contract concluded with them in the event of non-payment of the price of the services in accordance with the payment schedule defined above.
5 - Cancelation due to customer:
In the event of cancelation of a travel contract, the insurance premium, visa fees when obtained and non-refundable hotel bookings are not refundable.
When cancelation occurs as a result of the customer, a cancelation/termination fee is deducted:
- more than 30 days before departure: 30% of the total amount of the trip,
- between 30 days and 10 days before departure: 60 % of the total amount of the journey,
- less than 10 days before departure, the day of departure or after departure: 100 % of the total amount of the trip.
Certain circuits are subject to special cancelation conditions. These specific conditions are mentioned in the description of the circuit on the Site and will then be applied in case of cancelation.
Cancelation fees may be covered by the subscription of a cancelation insurance.
In any case, if the client does not attend the first service at the times and places mentioned in their travel book or if the client is unable to participate in the trip, in particular if they fail to present the documents necessary for the trip (passport, visa, vaccination certificate or other), the trip will not be reimbursed.
The customer may cancel their reservation without charge before the start of the journey if exceptional and unavoidable circumstances, beyond the control of the parties and occurring at or near the place of destination, have significant, proven and objective consequences for the performance of the contract.
To cancel your order, the client must send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Vialala - Reservation service - 5 rue Molière - 75001 Paris. Only the date of receipt by Vialala of this request will be taken into account when calculating any penalties due by the client.
6 - Modification by the client:
Any request for modification of the original order by the customer is processed according to availability. It must be addressed in any written form containing an acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: Vialala - Reservation service - 5 rue Molière - 75001 Paris. Only the date of receipt by Vialala of this request will be taken into account. Notified more than 30 days after the departure or supply of the first reserved service, any modification of the order will result in 100 € of file fee per person.
Notified 30 days or less from the date of departure or supply of the first reserved service, any modification shall be considered a cancelation and invoiced in accordance with the conditions of Article 5: "Cancelation as a result of the customer".
7 - Cancelation due to Vialala before departure:
If Vialala were required to cancel the travel contract outright, we would reimburse the client for the sums received within 14 days.
In addition, and within the same period, the customer would receive compensation equal to the penalty that they would have incurred if the cancelation had occurred on that date. However, an amicable agreement may be reached for the acceptance by the client of a substitution trip or stay proposed by Vialala.
The customer will not be entitled to compensation if Vialala is prevented from performing the contract due to exceptional and unavoidable circumstances.
No compensation shall be payable if the number of participants required for the performance of a trip or stay is not reached and Vialala informs them of the termination of the contract at the latest:
- 20 days before the day of departure in the case of travel of more than six days;
- seven days before the day of departure in the case of travel of two to six days;
- 48 hours before the day of departure in the case of travel of less than two days.
8 - Change of travel contract as a result of an outside event:
If, before departure, an external event in Vialala leads to the modification of one of the essential elements of the contract, Vialala notifies the client as soon as possible and offers them, either a modification of the service(s) concerned or a substitution trip. Vialala informs the customer of the impact of this change on the price of the trip or stay, both upward and downward.
The customer can then either resolve the contract or accept the proposed amendment. In the event that the customer opts for the termination, Vialala will reimburse the sums received by Vialala within 14 days. In both cases (cancelation or acceptance of the change), Vialala must be informed of the client’s decision within 7 days of receipt of the above-mentioned information if it takes place more than 15 days prior to departure and within 2 days if it takes place within 15 days of departure. If no reply is received within this period, the customer will be deemed to have opted for the proposed amendment.
The same rules apply in the case of price increases of more than 8%.
9 - Price change:
After the conclusion of the contract with the customer, the agreed price is subject to upward and downward revision to take account of the variation:
(1) fees and charges for services offered such as tourist, boarding, landing in ports;
2) exchange rates.
In the event of any change in either of these data, the change in the price will be made on the following basis:
(a) In the case of taxes and royalties, the Site shall indicate the amount of the taxes and royalties used as a reference when establishing prices. The cost of travel will be increased or reduced by the same amount as the increase or decrease after the conclusion of the contract.
(b) Change in the exchange rate: if the fluctuation in currency prices were to affect the total price of travel by more than 3%, this impact would be fully reflected in the price of travel both upward and downward. The change in the exchange rate is only appreciable on the services that are invoiced in Vialala in foreign currencies.
The increase in the sale price may be notified to the customer no later than 20 days before the date of departure.
10 - Transfer of travel contract:
The customer may assign their contract until the contract has been effective, if the transferee fulfils the same conditions as he is required to make the journey or stay (identical accommodation and boarding arrangements, same travel formula, same number of passengers, children in the same age group). The customer may not assign their insurance contracts or assistance contracts. The client is required to inform Vialala of their decision by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt no later than seven days before the start date of the trip or stay. The transfer incurs an additional minimum file fee of 79 € per person. If the case costs, in case of transfer, are higher than those indicated, Vialala shall immediately inform its client and provide the necessary supporting documents.
The assignor of the contract and the assignee shall be jointly and severally liable for the payment of the balance of the price as well as any additional costs, charges or other costs arising from the assignment.
11 - Hotels and cabins:
- Vialala specifies the site the classification of hotels by stars or categories established by the local Tourist Ministries according to standards that are different from French standards.
- The single rooms, despite an extra charge, are not as well located, and smaller than the double rooms. Triple or quadruple rooms are double rooms in which a third, or even a fourth, less comfortable extra bed is added in the same space, thereby reducing the available space in the room. Vialala recommends that families of four should take two double rooms or designated family rooms.
- When the site specifies that the room is on the side of the sea or garden or other, the view is never guaranteed. The view of the sea or the garden or other can be frontal, lateral, partial.
- According to international regulations, on the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated at noon, even if the departure takes place only in the evening. Exception: for some tours, when clearly specified in the program, the check-in time in the room is normally from 2 p.m.
- Any service not used by the client is non-refundable.
For cruises, the individual cabins, despite paying an extra fee, are smaller than the double cabins. The triple or quadruple cabins are known as legends on the boat's plane. Vialala recommends families of four to take family cabins, which are legendary for the boat. On the day of departure, the cabins must be released at 8 a.m., even if the landing takes place later. Transfers not used by the client are non-refundable.
12 - Meals:
The tour or half-board stay includes: one dinner, one night, and one breakfast.
The tour or full-board stay includes dinner, one night, breakfast and lunch.
The program meal tour includes only the meals mentioned in the description of the services.
For tours and cruises, the meals indicated "free" are at the customer's expense.
Drinks, including mineral water, are charged unless otherwise stated in the brochure. For cruises, the type of beverages and the quantities included are indicated on the product page of the brochure.
In the "all inclusive" Board Basis, the services stop after the lunch of the day of departure.
Please note that all clients of the same party must have the Board Basis.
13 - Trips and excursions:
- The advice given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (red or orange areas on the Quai d’Orsay site) may lead Vialala to significant modification of the circuit or cancelation of the circuit for safety reasons. In this case, Vialala will propose to the customer the most suitable alternative either another destination, the same destination at another departure date with a possible tariff change or by making a refund of the circuit.
- The stages of the circuit may be modified in accordance with changes in the timetables of domestic flights or local requirements in respect of which scheduled destinations are temporarily unavailable. They can be reversed or shifted. However, all visits are respected to the extent possible. The names of the hotels used for accommodation are given for information purposes and may be replaced by other hotels of similar category.
- During excursions purchased on site, drinks and meals taken outside the hotel are not included even in the case of a full-board stay. Hotels do not provide a basket of meals in compensation.
Vialala cannot be held responsible for excursions purchased directly from local providers. Tours and excursions are not suitable for non-self-governing persons, especially because of the free time available, persons with reduced mobility, both because of the inadequacy of local chartered vehicles and, often, the lack of accessibility to sites. Please note that some excursions are subject to a minimum number of participants.
Cruise stopovers may be modified in accordance with local requirements and/or cultural events and/or due to climatic conditions in which planned stopovers are temporarily unavailable. Only the pilot-in-command has the authority to make these decisions. They can be reversed or shifted. However, all visits are respected to the extent possible. Depending on the stopovers, the landing of the vessel may be carried out directly at the dock in the ports or in a boat, only the pilot-in-command is authorized to make such decisions.
During on-site tours, personal expenses for drinks and meals taken outside the hotel will not be reimbursed, since these day trips are usually offered with a packed lunch or meal in a restaurant.
14 - Guaranteed departure, minimum participants and maximum participants
1) For cruises and tours, where the word "Guaranteed departure" is used or a minimum number of participants is not mentioned, Vialala does not make a trip subject to a minimum number of participants.
When a minimum number of participants is foreseen and not reached, Vialala informs the client of the cancelation of the stay or the trip as soon as possible.
Vialala's silence is confirmation of departure and waiver of the minimum number of participants condition.
2) For tours, the maximum participants indicated on the Site is the maximum number of people sharing the same bus and supported by the same guide. This reference does not in any way relate to the number of persons at sites, restaurants and hotels and other means of transport used during the tour program (boat, cable car). This maximum may fluctuate between 1 and 2 persons to respond favorably to requests from persons wishing to travel together.
3) For excursions: some excursions are subject to a minimum of participants, if not reached, the excursion will not take place.
15 - Paid activities:
Paid activities are activities offered and organized by providers not linked to Vialala. These activities, of which the customer has the free choice, are subject to the conditions of sale under the said providers. The information provided by Vialala is purely indicative and does not imply any liability.
16 - Formalities:
Information on the various administrative, customs and health formalities necessary for the completion of travel and border crossings, presented as an indication and not exhaustive under the heading "Practical information" of each trip or stay, is intended only for persons of French nationality. Foreigners must contact the embassy or consulate before ordering.
In the event that new requirements concerning administrative or health provisions are laid down by the countries of destination, between the date of dissemination of the stay and the date of departure, Vialala will inform the client accordingly. Vialala advises its clients on the use of passports for border crossings. If the National Identity Card is accepted, those whose validity has expired less than 5 years are not accepted by other countries which consider them to be obsolete. Vialala also strongly advises its clients to consult the Travel Tips section of the website www.diplomatie.gouv.fr. A minor child, even a baby, who travels with his or her parents must have his or her identity card (including EU countries) or passport according to the destination. For those traveling to Morocco, if the child travels with his or her parents, it is recommended that you also bring a document proving the parentage (a copy of the family booklet or a copy of the birth certificate). A minor who travels in certain countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey) with only one of his parents or accompanied by a person who does not have parental authority must be provided with an authorization to leave the territory which must respect a particular formalism and must sometimes be provided with other document(s). It is strongly recommended that the client carry out the necessary checks with the authorities concerned. A minor who travels unaccompanied by a holder of parental authority (or a person who is unable to prove that he or she holds parental authority) shall always be provided with, in addition to his or her identity card or passport, an authorization to leave the territory given by a holder of parental authority. This authorization will be drawn up using the form available on the website www.service-public.fr, which must be duly completed and signed by the holder. The minor must be provided with this authorization and also with a legible photocopy of an official document proving the identity of the signatory of this form.
It is up to the client to scrupulously comply with the required formalities by bearing the costs and to ensure that the names and surnames on their travel documents correspond exactly to those on their identity documents, passports or visas. Vialala is not responsible for the customer’s failure to comply with his obligations, in particular in the case where he is denied boarding or disembarkation and/or the payment of a fine. Vialala does not accept the registration of an unaccompanied minor. Consequently, Vialala cannot be accused of refusing to sell a travel contract to an unaccompanied minor. Similarly, Vialala cannot be held liable if, despite this prohibition, an unaccompanied minor is registered, without his knowledge, to one of the trips or stays.
Important: 1) The United States Department of Homeland Security has put in place an electronic online travel authorization system called "ESTA" for access to or transit through United States territory by an airline or marine. The request for a travel authorization must be made by the travelers as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours before departure, from the website https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/ by filling out an online form equivalent to the green card given on board or on board the plane. Since September 8, 2010, applications for authorization are paid online, by credit card, at the time of application.
The electronic travel authorization shall be individual and shall apply to all nationals of the countries covered by the visa-free program, including children accompanied or not. It does not guarantee entry into the United States at the border crossing, but only allows passengers arriving in the United States or in transit to board an airline or a shipping company under the visa waiver program.

(2) Citizens of countries that are not subject to a visa requirement must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (EVA) to fly to or through Canada. (cost:$Ca - to be completed on the official website www.canada.ca/ave).
17 - Ability to travel:
Vialala draws the attention of clients with physical, mental or psychological health problems to the autonomy necessary for the performance of certain trip. Vialala advises a medical examination before any trip.
For security reasons, Vialala may require non-self-governing persons to be accompanied by a person who will be able to provide them with the assistance necessary for their stay.
18 - Risks:
Some very likely events or risks of political events (such as wars, disturbances) or natural events (such as tsunami, earthquake, cyclone) may occur after posting on the Travel and Stay Site. Vialala reserves the right to refuse registration for a destination where such an event has occurred or is most likely to occur, without such refusal being a refusal to sell.
19 - Personal effects:
Valuables and money must be deposited in the hotel safe. Vialala is not responsible for personal items lost, lost or forgotten during travel, transportation and stays and recommends that you do not put valuables or medicines in checked baggage or bring valuables with you.
20 - Good to know:
・ Purchases: all purchases made on site are the sole responsibility of the customers, even if they are made on the advice of a Vialala guide. It is not recommended to buy manufactured objects or souvenirs made from protected species, whether they are animals (such as turtles), fish (such as sharks), coral, shellfish or crustaceans. The purchase of these products violates global maritime law and encourages the plundering of natural reserves severely punished by local laws. Please also note that the importation of counterfeit goods is severely punished by French Customs.
・ Amendments: in most cases, it is not possible, locally, to modify reservations. In case of change, the additional fee is payable on the spot. Unconsumed benefits are not refunded.
・ Excursions, activities, guided tours, etc.: some excursions, activities, guided tours, etc., are sold directly on site. They may be canceled due to force majeure circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not reached. The customer will not be entitled to any compensation. The prices and programs indicated on the site are indicative. These excursions are not refundable in case of cancelation of the client. Claims must be made on the spot with the organizer of the excursion.
・ Vialala cannot be held responsible if outdoor activities cannot be carried out due to weather conditions.
21 - Pre-Routing and Post-Routing:
Pre- and post-shipment purchased on the sole initiative of the customer is in any case the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
22 - Animals:
As a general rule, pets are not allowed in trips organized by Vialala. Access to hotels and restaurants is often prohibited. Pets are not allowed on tours and cruises organized by Vialala.
23 - Claims:
Any claim for non-compliance, non-performance or improper performance of the travel contract must be notified in writing as soon as possible to the Vialala contact whose contact details are given by Vialala to the client. After the return, the claim must be sent to Vialala as soon as possible, together with the supporting documents, to the following address: Vialala - Claim - 5 rue Molière - 75001 Paris. After having seized the service Réclamation and in the absence of a satisfactory answer, the client may refer the matter to the Ombudsman for Tourism and Travel (MTV Mediation Tourism Voyage - BP 80303 - 75823 Paris cedex 17), when all domestic remedies have been exhausted.
The procedures for referring the matter to the Ombudsman for Tourism and other practical information are available on the website www.mtv.travel.
24 - Insurance:
No insurance is included in the travel contract. The customer may purchase from the Site an insurance contract covering the risks associated with the performance of the services offered on the Site and according to the conditions set out on the Site.
The insurance contract is then concluded directly between the client and the insurance company.
Therefore, only the insurance company is responsible to the customer for the underwriting and performance of such contracts.
If the customer justifies an earlier guarantee for the risks covered by the underwritten insurance, the customer has the possibility to waive this insurance free of charge within 14 days of its conclusion and as long as no guarantee has been implemented.
25 - Responsibility:
When the client finds that a travel service is not in conformity, they must immediately inform the Vialala contact whose contact information is given by Vialala.
- Non-compliance of a travel service:
If Vialala confirms the existence of the non-compliance, it shall remedy it, unless it is impossible or entails disproportionate costs. If it does not remedy the situation, the customer may either remedy it himself and claim reimbursement of the necessary expenses or claim a reduction in the appropriate price, increased if necessary by additional compensation in the case of separate, actual and justified damage.
- Non-issuance of a significant portion of travel services:
Where a significant proportion of the travel services ordered cannot be provided, Vialala offers, without additional cost to the customer, other appropriate services, if possible of equal or higher quality.
It shall grant an appropriate price reduction if the services offered are of a lower quality than that specified in the contract. The customer may refuse the services offered only if they are not comparable to those provided for in the contract or if the price reduction granted is not appropriate.
In this case, where it is impossible to offer other services, the customer may claim, if necessary, a reduction in the appropriate price, possibly increased by additional compensation.
- Non-compliance causing a considerable disruption of the execution of the trip or stay:
Where a non-conformity seriously disrupts the performance of a trip or stay and Vialala fails to remedy it within a reasonable time fixed by the customer, the customer may resolve the contract without paying a resolution fee and request, where appropriate, an appropriate price reduction, possibly accompanied by additional compensation, in the event of separate damage actually suffered and justified.
Vialala shall be exempt from liability where the non-conformity, non-performance or improper performance of the travel contract is attributable either to the client or to the unforeseeable and inevitable fact of a third party outside the provision of the services provided for in the contract, or to exceptional and unavoidable circumstances. Vialala, in order to cover the consequences of its professional civil liability, has taken out insurance with Hiscox Europe Underwriting Limited, 12 Quai de Queyries CS41177 33072 Bordeaux.
In the event of liability, Vialala benefits from the provisions of the International Conventions limiting the conditions under which compensation is due and/or the extent of such compensation, provided that such limits and exclusions are applicable to providers participating in the provision of tourist and travel services.
29 - Personal data:
Personal data collected by Vialala (such as name, first name, postal and e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth and travel preferences) are used for the management of customer orders (reservation, invoicing, handling of unpaid bills...), for the processing of their travel/quotation projects, to better know them and thus to better serve them (marketing analyzes, sending of adapted offers ...).
Certain information must be provided to Vialala; they are marked visibly with an asterisk. If they are not supplied, the client's requests cannot be processed. Other information requested is optional.
Some of the personal data collected by Vialala will be communicated, processed and stored by third parties: technology partners, subcontractors within the meaning of the regulations, who help Vialala to provide its services, as well as suppliers of travel reserved by the client (such as hotels...). Some of these third parties may be based outside the European Economic Area ("EEA").
Vialala retains the personal data of its clients in order to fulfill its legal and audit obligations, as long as necessary and in accordance with any retention period required by law.

30 - Intellectual property:
The customer is informed that it is prohibited to reproduce, represent or adapt all or part of one or more elements of the Site.
31 - Evidence:
It is expressly agreed that the data contained in Vialala's information systems are conclusive as to the orders, requests, and any other elements relating to the use of the Site. They may be validly produced, including in court, as evidence on the same basis as any written document.
32 - Applicable law:
Any contract between Vialala and the client is subject to French law.
